How I Work

I help men understand their pain, identify their best options and live more intentionally.

I also support couples, separated parents, and adult children and their parents to resolve conflict.

Where trust and respect has turned into grievance, my clients usually benefit from an audit of their loss and pain before meaningful change is possible.

My approach is non-ideological and supports personal accountability and courage.

Who I Work With

Whether they are professionals, business owners or artists, my clients’ difficulties are usually at odds with their proven abilities elsewhere in life.

Specialist Areas of Interest

Positive Masculinity

Challenging cultural scripts that denigrate masculine instincts, honouring them as pro-social and essential for our collective wellbeing, and acknowledging the tragic scale of fatherlessness and its effects.

Healthy Boundaries

Highlighting enmeshed patterns of behaviour in relationships that cause resentment and conflict, and modelling how to say no respectfully.

Communication

Introducing a simple and memorable technique to highlight difficult feelings without blaming or judging the other person, laying the ground for connection after conflict.

Domestic Abuse

Identifying and stopping abusive, emotionally driven behaviours and exploring the dynamics and past experiences that cause them.

Attachment Grief

Supporting individuals to understand their pain through the prism of Prolonged Ruptured Attachment Syndrome (PRAS), a new psychological concept that bridges that gap between grief and trauma.

Tech & Nature

Helping individuals feel grounded and embodied by balancing technology use with time in nature in practical and realistic ways.
