About Me
I have been a qualified counsellor since 2009. My work increasingly focuses on sexless marriage, desire mismatch, and intimacy breakdown in long-term relationships.
My approach is positive, lively, and solution-focused, with a direct style grounded in responsibility, personal agency, marriage, healthy sexuality, and overall wellbeing.
While I value medical support where appropriate, I don’t believe in over-pathologising normal human struggles or relying on medication as the first solution.
Through my website, writing, and YouTube channel, I now receive a high volume of enquiries from couples struggling with intimacy and sexual disconnection.

How Payment Works
We keep things fair and straightforward. The split is 70/30 in your favour. You keep 70% of each session fee, and 30% goes to LauraHow.com to cover marketing, referrals, admin, and technical infrastructure. You focus on your clients, and we handle everything behind the scenes to keep your practice running smoothly.
Practical Requirements
You’ll need:
- A reliable internet connection
- A professional webcam and microphone
- Access to Zoom Pro (preferred, but Google Meets is ok if already using)
- An meticulously organised Google, Outlook, or iCal calendar for scheduling
All of this will be covered in the onboarding process and the setup is straightforward.
