This is one to one professional mentoring on my approach to intimacy and sexless marriage work. It is for qualified practitioners who want to understand how I work and bring that thinking into their own practice.

To be clear about what it is not: this is mentoring on approach and method. It is not clinical supervision, it is not therapy, and it is not an accredited training course or certification. You remain fully responsible for your own clinical work, and accountable to your own professional or licensing body. I will share how I think and how I work; how you apply it in your own practice is yours to own.

  • One to one, directly with me, online via Zoom.
  • 60 minute sessions.
  • Sessions are audio recorded, and you receive written reflection notes afterwards capturing what we covered, so you can put it into practice
  • Each session is shaped around what you bring: a particular framework you want to understand, a case you are working through (anonymised), or how to develop and position this kind of work within your own practice.
  • Before your first session you will complete a short practitioner form so I can prepare, and a brief mentoring agreement covering confidentiality and use of materials.
  • Qualified, practising therapists, counsellors, and coaches.
  • Practitioners who follow my content and want to understand the method behind it.
  • Those looking to develop a specialism in intimacy, desire, and sexless marriage work.

It is not a route to certification or accreditation, and it is not a substitute for the clinical supervision your own professional body may require.

The work is shaped around you, but practitioners typically want to explore:

Working a Live Case

Bring me an anonymised couple you feel stuck with, perhaps one partner anxious about sex and the other emotionally withdrawn. We will look at how I would read the pattern and what I would do, so you can take that thinking into your own room.

The Solution-Focused Approach

How I work with intimacy and sexless marriage without getting lost in history or pathology. I will show you where I put my attention, how I keep couples moving, and why a forward-looking focus shifts stuck dynamics faster than insight alone.

Desire Mismatch & Disconnection

Working with couples where wanting has fallen out of step, or sex has quietly stopped. I will share how I open the conversation, hold both partners’ experience, and rebuild desire as something shared rather than demanded or withheld.

Trust Repair

Rebuilding safety after betrayal, secrecy, or emotional fracture. I will guide you through how I restore transparency, work with the hurt partner without punishing the other, and re-establish a foundation couples can actually build on.

Cultural & Relational Narratives

How media, gender scripts, ideology, and external pressures shape the way couples understand desire and intimacy. I will show you how I name these forces in the room and help couples write counter-narratives that strengthen connection.

Building Your Specialism

How to develop and position this work within your own practice. We will look at how to attract the right clients, talk about intimacy and sex without flinching, and build a reputation as the practitioner couples seek out for this.
